Grand Constable 2012

The province is pleased to annouce that we have a Grand Lodge Collar after 28 years absence.
At the Grand Lodge meeting in December 2011 it was announced that Brother Dave Cooper ROH had obtained the Collar of Grand Constable of the Grand Lodge of England.
His Investiture will be on 5th May.
