Sad News

It is with sadness I have to report that Brother Roy Carter ROH passed to Grand lodge above yesterday 5th July 2011.
Brother Roy was always willing to help to raise funds for good causes and for years he arranged dinners for his lodge and and also what we would now call Provincial Dinners over various years.
He was a very popular buff within the province acting as Secretary to his mother lodge, The Glyn Abbot, for many years.
He came from a buff family his father being a buff and Steven, his son, is also a current serving buff.
He will be sorely missed within the order but especially by his buffess, Maureen, and fellow buffs within East Flintshire.
Funeral will take place at St James Church, Holywell, CH8 7TL on Monday 11th July at 1.30pm. His Buffess has requested a Buff Funeral.
